The Adam Yount – John Hotze Memorial Music Education Fund has been established to support music education opportunities for Missouri students and adults. Awards for 2025 are being funded by private donations and with revenues from the Folky Fish Festival planned for May 30 – 31, 2025

Funds may be awarded directly to students or to service providers on behalf of the student for expenses such as:

• Music oriented tuitions and fees

• Instrument purchase

• Music/voice lessons

• Music camp or workshops

• Luthier training

• Music production training

• Relevant travel expenses

Awards are open to students ages 10-22 years who reside in the state of Missouri

Awards will be based on the applicant’s music education goals, personal efforts to meet those goals, and the need for financial assistance.

Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2025.
